Project
91 Barton replaces a single tired house on a tree-lined Palmerston street with eleven brand-new rental homes — a one-bedroom lower suite, three two-bedrooms, and seven three-bedrooms with private outdoor space. The project pushes the as-of-right framework as far as the lot allows: deep excavation for full-height lower units, a fourth storey for two large family-sized homes, and a generous backyard reserved for the principal unit.
It's the kind of building that makes the missing-middle argument concretely — meaningful density without towers, family-sized homes in a neighbourhood that hadn't seen new family rentals in decades. Internet is included in every unit.
