I started Green Street Flats because I was tired of two things: Toronto building only condos and single-family houses, and nobody building rental that you’d actually be proud to call home.

My first multiplex was a learning project. The second was better. By the fifth, I knew what I wanted this company to be — a developer that owns the buildings it builds, manages them for decades, and treats “rental” as a category that deserves the same thoughtfulness as anything else.

Every project we deliver, I ask the same question: would I want to live here? If the answer isn’t yes, we redesign it. That’s the whole thing. The 65,000 SF we’ve built, the awards, the press coverage — all of that follows from getting that one question right.

Superintendent across both active construction sites and existing properties. Keeps work on schedule, coordinates trades on the ground, and handles hands-on repairs and upkeep that protect each building for the long term.
